Ad-Hoc Reporter Screen ShotCardPro™

The below screen shot is the Ad-Hoc Reporter screen in ShotCardPro™  Note that there are many reports in the application that
may be modified on the fly to produce patient or other field specific versions of the report. In this example we see a Contraindication
report being requested for a specific patient, number 12345. There is no limit to the filtering logic applied to a given report. Once
the filter is created you merely press the preview, print or close button in the lower left hand corner to take the action.
