The below screen shot is the Encounter screen in ShotCard™ and ShotCardPro™.  Fields labeled in red are required fields. Note
the Recommend, Recommend Screen ShotCard™, Referral, Vaccinations and Contraindication buttons. They allow producing a list
of recommended immunizations, recording a referral to another doctor, dose history and recording contraindications to vaccines
that may be presented. Other fields are presented and may be used but are not required.
