Main Screen ShotCard™

The below screen shot is the Main screen in ShotCard™. Note that the Global Immunization Registry, Patient, Patient Screen ShotCard™, and Dose History
buttons are displayed. Once the patients are entered you need only to add their prior immunization dose history to be fully
operational. From then on you only need to use the patient button.
