Main Screen ShotCardPro™

The below screen shot is the Main screen for ShotCardPro™. Note that the Global Immunization Registry, Patient, Patient Screen ShotCard™, Dose History,
Reports, Reports Screen ShotCard™, Interface, Facility and System Maintenance buttons are displayed. Once the patients are entered you need only to add
their prior immunization dose history to be fully operational. From then on you may generate immunization recommendations, reports, interface with public
and private immunization databases and maintain information relating to your facility and the immunization system.
