Reports Screen ShotCardPro™

The below screen shot is the Reports screen in ShotCardPro™.  Note that there are many reports plus mailing labels, graphics, physician specific and reminder
letters that can be generated. Using these reports, the providers can do immunization follow up and report back to public health entities as may be required.
Most importantly, immunization status and rates are also presented for the facility. These reports reduce the overall administrative work load in any facility or
practice since they need not be recreated each and every time they are needed. The reports are as current as the last dose recorded.
